I am so fed up with Steeplechase Apts. Where do I begin. Lets start at the front office. They are not friendly. They portray to be your best bud when they are showing you the property, but once you sign the lease, they turn into the biggest ------- I know. Let's go to the garages. We have several raccoons living above are garage. You would not want to put a car or anything worth anything in there, because whatever goes in there. Comes out smelling like animal and is ruined. We have the police out here daily, (Trust me they are not doing routine checks) Trouble in paradise. The police are at my building once a week. I can not wait for my lease to be up and the office wants to know why I don't want to renew my lease. This is a joke. Please reconsider renting from these people, they are not your friends.
