I must admit that my opinion is overshadowed by my last experience at another complex but, I feel that I am being fair in this review. First off, the management and rental staff are professional in their dealings with potential tenants and residents. At the same time, they are genuinely friendly and accessable. In the 5-6 months I have lived here, they have made it clear that they appreciate my business. Maintence has been quick to deal with the few problems I have encounted even to the point of going beyond my expectations.

The complex is fairly old compared to other properties in the area but, the buildings and grounds have been very well maintained. Far better that the complex I came from which was not nearly as old. This tells me that the owner views the property as an investment and not just a quick profit scam.

My utilities are significantly lower than at my old apartment - only a fraction of what I was paying. During the winter, my bills were 80% less than they were before. Yet, my habits have not changed, I now have a larger apartment, and I am far more comfortable.
