1. My electric for my small 1 bedroom has never been above $30 a month. I'm not sure how anyone could have run a $150 DP&L. I'm not even that careful.

2. I haven't heard of any cars getting broken into, and I feel very safe. My neighbors in my building include an elderly woman, a UD engineering student, and a law student.

3. The crowd at the pool does get a little...rough.

4. Maintenence has always been quick, I haven't had that many reasons to call them.

5. My apartment is very dark, small windows and lower ceilings.

6. I hardly EVER hear my neighbors. They onced asked me to turn my music down though!

7. Parking is great. Always a spot, not covered, however.

8. My basement constantly floods. Everytime in rains. Not condusive to storing much down there, and thats also where the Washer/Dryer are located.

You're delusional if you believe that paying for heat will cost you 30 dollars this winter, because that is exactly what you will be doing. This place USED to be a deal when heat was paid, this winter, that will no longer be the case, and you will have to pay well over 100 dollars per month! We'll see what you have to say about it then. Just because you keep your head in the sand does NOT mean that apartments and cars haven't been broken into.
