I lived there while I was in grad school at the university of dayton. The grounds were beautiful, and the staff were great. I has a lot of old world charm, given the buildings are historic. Does not have dishwasher etc. but I did not care about this when I was there. I really miss the complex now that I have moved out of state.... but a great place to live...very old mature sycamore trees everywhere..... uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
