While it's nice to be downtown at an affordable rate and they utilites are included I would have to say this "community" isn't the place to spend your money. The manager is nice when she wants to be but don't turn your back on her. The assistant is a dirty old man that does nothing but lust after all the guys that live there. Crime is rampant. Several incidents of theft and vadalism in the parking lot. And good luck finding a parking space. "Remodling" is complete so they keep saying. Seems to me they need to get some of their money back. Pant peeling, floors scratched, HVAC works when it want to, and the water pressure is lacking. I'd spend my money somewhere else.

I don't understand why you would call him a dirty old man. I've lived here for a year now and never noticed anything that would lead anyone to that conclusion. He is ---, but --- does not a pervert make. Get your mind out of the gutter and try not to be so homophobic.

Well, I'm not homophobic, --- actually, and the OP is right, he IS a dirty old man.

I agree! I was drawn to all the improvements too. It looks great on the outside, and I was shown a great 2 bed/2 bath apt. I signed the lease, prepared to move in, and they said that apt was no longer available but the same unit on a different floor was. When we got there we were appalled at the filth and the number of repairs! We complained to the manager, but she smiled sweetly and reminded us we already signed the lease. Do NOT move here or you will be gipped!
