I moved in over three years ago.

The units have gone completely downhill.

Water, sewer, trash, community gas and electric are all now assessed on a monthly without meters by a utility processing company OWNED BY LARRY CONNOR!!! I now pay nearly $100 more a month more than I did when I moved in with these fees for an apartment that is now 'advertised' as 'move in special' of nearly $150 less (base without utilities on top) than I am paying currently.

I do not even have a washer and dryer hook up! Residents who had lived here for 25 and 30 years have moved in the past year.

I barely know any of my neighbors now since there is such turnover.

We choose where we live and why we live where we do for the people ...

I am not renewing my lease.

Management is not responsive.

Who wants to live in a community that is ever changing and just does not care about it's residents'' The place is looking ragged and in serious need of drainage renovations and paint, not to mention that it seems dangerous at night without much lighting.

I find it sad that the owner, Larry Connor, is more interested in $$ and satisfying his ego than the people who actually live here.

I challenge Mr.

Connor to live in this community for a year and see how he would respond to the shabby environment and reputation the place is now known for.

It's embarrassing to bring friends and family here.

Skip this place....there are many independantly owned places who actually care about their residents and are still able to make a profit without trying to build their fortunes to buy race cars and other bigs toys.

Be careful. There was a big fire recently and it truly looks like a fire trap from outside.

Yes all of this is very true. I have had so many things go wrong and a huge hole in my sliding door that they put tape over it. I really should have (and all the tenants) should pay the city and tell them we aren't paying rent towards apts. that need all this fixing. You actually can do this instead of paying the apartment community bc of all the crap that goes wrong. Mr. Connor has had this place for over 40 years and definitely has the money to replace windows etc...supposed to be luxury? LOL
