we moved in believing her lies. We live in a 3 bed apartment and when we moved in the apartment was dirty and we got the excuse the cleaning people are being fired. We had mold which took them a month to take care of. We have a 2 year old son who has very bad allergys, you can imagine what this has done to him. 6 months after living here we discovery we have mice( which i am scared of)which are coming from the vacant apartment across the hall and all they did is put two glue traps down instead of going in the walls where they are and putting a poison down which will kill them all, now my a/c unit is out and has been for 2 1/2 weeks and yes the temp has been in the low 90's and they have a different excuse everyday as to why they can't fix it. Don't trust them they will fool you then never fix any problem you may have and the fountain has dirty water which is always there and attracts bugs.

I am moving when my lease is up no matter how many tags or calls I get from -----. This company runs the WORST apartments in the area. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau they told me the company, the Connor Group has been in their "Top 10 Worst Companies" to do business with for the past 2 years. I am now putting my rent in escrow due to numerous complaints. I can't wait to move out. Don't get sucked into their big signs and special deals. BEWARE of any complex they run. I will have the mgr. walk my apartment with me so they can't do their usual charging for damages that they never fixed. Now the first thing I do when I call a complex I may want to rent from is to ask who owns them, you can pretty much tell in the paper because all their complexs use the same stupid ads and they run every day, makes you wonder why they have so many empty apartments?, but then again I already know...

I couldn't wait to get out of there. I spent 2 years there too long. So far my new complex is doing a great job. I got a maintenance call returned within 5 minutes.

----- is should be known as the Leasing Scheme not the Leasing Queen. If they had any sense they would fire her and do so in a very cheerful fashion.

I agree! I just moved in because of the price. But I can't wait to get out of here. Human beings deserve more than this.

You got that Leasing Scheme/Leasing Queen thing right!!! She's a scheming manipulator, but that's her job. She's good at it and she knows it. I bet she just sits on her fat ass and laughs her crack off after she gets a sucker to sign!!! Hope she's laughing when SHE'S BURNING IN HELL!!!!!!!!! BURN, -----, BURN!!!!!!!!! Before I move out, I plan on blowing up that stupid, false advertising "LUXURY APARTMENTS" sign and those stupid-ass clowns and hippies that stand on the corner waving you into this hell-hole of a place. I wish that I would have read some reviews like these before I signed my soul over. Let's put these scumbags out of business. Don't even think about renting here unless you want to be miserable. I moved in at the end of September 2006. I thought everything was going to be great. During the winter, the snow wasn't cleared from the walkways, the excuses ranged from "there was a fire in another complex we own" to "there's ice built up under the snow that we can't clear." I have already moved out, and they found some poor soul to take over my lease. ----- is GONE, the girl in her place, ----, seems very nice. The apartments aren't what they seems, that's for sure. The kitchen cabinets are shaky, at best, shelving falling out, doors not closing, unuseable space, etc. The windows leak horribly during the winter, making your heating bill skyrocket. Also, if you have a woodburning fireplace in your unit, they'll send you a notice that they all have to be cleaned and inspected, and it never happens, so of course, you're scrared to death to use it. Those are just some of the things I noticed, and I was really only there for 4 months, if that. Thank god I found someplace else to live!

Don't even apply!!! They had me pay an application fee AND a $299 deposit, which I was told would be held and cashed only if I took the apartment (which I didn't even see - they showed me a similar floor plan.) I later thought better of it and they took my $299! This is ILLEGAL in this state, and if they pull such bs with people who only put in an application, I can only imagine what they try to get away with with the poor shmucks who live there. RUN AWAY from the clown and the perky dingbats in the leasing office who will pressure you to apply on the spot!!
