This is the WORST Apartment Complex in the South of Dayton Suburbs. It advertises 24 hr on call maintainance but you get an answering machine and no help. There are endless problems with ceilings falling in in all apartments causing lots of damage to residents furniture, due to poor roofing and water pipes. There are also endless electrical problems and lack of proper safe external lighting. You have to pay for un metered water and "general" electric power, sewer, and trash pickup from a power company called Heartland Power Co, that is also owned by the owner of the Apartment Complex Management Co.,------------- of Connor & Murphy Property Management which is quite expensive. The 2 swimming pools have not had working filtration systems for 5 years and are overloaded with excessive chlorine that kills birds and rodents that fall or land in the pools causing the EPA to fine the Villager for poisoning the water to animals and birds. The City of Centerville is sueing the Villager Apts. for Criminal Negligence fo the vacant and occupied apartments which drip with mold, mildew, and insects due to the constant roof cave-ins and water damage caused by aging and poorly maintained plumbing and sewer lines. This place is a nightmare to live in, the staff is rude and crude to tennants, and you can NEVER expect to get your deposit back no matter how clean your apartment is upon moving out. They have an excuse for everything but nothing ever works right. The place is a disaster and should be condemned by the city. The Newspapers and Local TV News Crews have reported on the Villager's problems as described more than 5 times now in recent months but nothing much changes to any extent that is of value. Stay away if you value your money and health.
