I previously posted a review on the apartments after 2 months of living there.
Things were good then.
Come winter we were paying OUTRAGEOUS amounts for utilities.
We had a spider problem in our shower.
There was a window in our shower, no blinds or curtains provided, just a type of window that kind of silhouetted the body so everybody could the your silhouette in the shower through your window.
Atleast once a week there would be a black spider in our shower.
There's lots of drug activity going on in the apartments.
For the price you pay, you could find a MUCH NICER complex.
We even left a cpl months before our lease was up because we were so sick of dealing with the place.

You just moved in looks like you must of gotten lucky and moved into one of the very few decent apartments here. I just hope nothing goes worng but be prepared for the apt to flood most your appliances breaking at some point and probally pay outrageous heating bills in winter. Good luck, reply back after winter lol.

OH MY GOD PLEASE I ACTUALLY WAS TOLD A MILLION TIMES BY MAINTENANCE THAT THEY WOULD GET TO THINGS WHEN THE MONDAY CAME AROUND UNLESS YOU ARE IN 4 FEET OF WATER OR FREEZING IN BELOW ZERO WEATHER YOU WILL GET NO RESPONSE THE 24 HR MAINT IS A JOK A JOKE YEA YOU GOT LUCKY I HAD GAS LEAK IN MY APARTMENT THE VECTREN MAN HAD TO CALL MAINT 4 TIMES TO GET THEM TO COME OUT WHEN THEY DID COME OUT THE MAINT MAN SAID IT WAS TIME WITH HIS FAMILY HE DIDNT GIVE A SHT THAT WE COULD HAVE DIED WITH CO2 EXPOSURE SELF CENTERED NON CARING STAFF FORTUNATELY THAT MAN WAS EVENTUALLY FIRED BUT IT TOOK THEM 6 MONTHS.... AND THE SAME EXCUSES ARE OFTEN TOLD BY THE CURRENT CREW THE MEN NOW JUST JERK YOU AROUND AND TELL YOU THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF THINGS REAL NICE THEN DONT SHOW UP AGAIN THEY PUNK YOU AROUND UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO EXPLODE WITH ANGER ITS NO WONDER THERE ARE SO MANY UNHAPPY PEOPLE THERE IM LEAVING IN 6 MONTHS THANK GOD HORRIBLE PEOPLE HORRIBLE OLD PIPES LEAKS UNSTABLE ENVIROMENT DANGEROUS BUILDINGS HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE
