Where do I begin, We moved here about two years ago to be closer to my hubby's work. Worst mistake we ever made. Two months into our lease the shower started leaking down into the livingroom. We ended up having two holes in our ceiling for 8 months while they kept sending different people out to "fix" it. The tiles in the shower were getting damaged and all they did was put something over top of them with their putty stuff that they use which peels off. I have had to call them a few times for things breaking like the microwave that was sparking. They replaced it with another one that's not much better than the first one. Some of the windows won't even stay open. They send out flyers about not letting your children use sidewalk chalk, but say nothing about beer bottles or cans being all over. We have had the worst experience here and the manager is the worst. She's a total B-----She needs to go to some kind of classes on how to treat people but then even with them she'd still be horrible. All they care about is money They don't care about the tenants at all.. This place is definitely not a kid friendly place either, they have one little run down swing-set back behind a building that smelled of urine so I can't and won't take my kids to play on it. People drive thru here really fast and there is no speed bumps or signs. I can't wait to move from here.
