The management and office staff were rude and the apartment was dirty upon move in. The owner wanted total conformity with landscaping and outside decor. Those renting townhouses were scolded for planting flowers or changing the color of a lightbulb on their front porch. The owner was rarely available to speak with tenants about concerns, but often spotted driving a golf cart around yards peering into tenants' windows. A lot of screaming and fighting from neighbors. Stay away from this one!

I have seen the creepy golf-cart people too... I am SO glad I live on the second floor... Except for the woman who lives underneath me who is constantly screaming at her toddler. Even as I write this she's stomping around and yelling at him. I hate living here.
