Been here over a year, we think the town Houses are nice for being as old as they are, it's a down fall that you cant use the basement because it leaks so bad when it rains. They keep good care of the landscaping. Thats the good stuff.


Now for the bad....Every person that has lived next to us (on both sides) have been loud drunks having parties on the weekends with fights breaking out. needless to say the cops know us well. We are a WORKING class family that keeps to our selves. We keep our personal problems quiet, and don't announce it to the block.
...........think maybe there is to much Jerry Springer being watched

I think anyone who has a problem with VBV should address it to the better business bureau. I did and they have not responded to the complaint. Which to me makes them bad in the customer service area. I was renting a washer/dryer from Appliance Warehouse and left it for AW to pick up. I had moved out and the maintenance crew took it out because they were having someone else move in. They did not respond to my phone calls. I was going to go back the day AW was supposed to come and retrieve it but my neighbor called and told me it was removed. It hadn't even been a 2 days after I left. I had some other belongings as well in my storage unit and they got rid of those and still won't return my calls so I'm guessing they just threw them out. You don't deal with people that way.
