The office staff can be quite rude on occassion even when the resident is being polite. During the winter time they get upset when residents call to ask about when they will send out the trucks to move the snow. They respond it is not there responsibility in a rude tone then hours later they send out the trucks. They do not respond in a timely manner to maintenance issues. The outside building appearance is always well kept but they are very lax on upkeeping the apartments. I guess they figure the less they pay to maintain the more profit. I have lived here for three years. I would never recommend anyone to live here. The only thing that keeps me here is the school district. As soon as I find another apartment that is not under their management I will be gone baby gone. if you still choose to live there always choose the upstairs apartment or else you will regret it...or else you will never get piece an quiet even when the people upstairs dont have kids.

Looks like the outside is falling down too. It looked more like Desoto Bass when I drove by the other day
