Me and my husband lived there for a year. The parking was good. The grounds were okay, we often saw this groundhog that would NOT leave. We called and they could do nothing about it. Also had hardwood floors, I do NOT suggest those, contastly getting stuff on my socks that were chippings from the floor. The basement is where your wash and dryer are and 80% of the time it was flooded with water and it was disgusting! I heard the carpet is not so clean if you do get a carpeted apartment. I would suggest living there but its not always the best. There are tons of spots where its just clumps of paint. We couldnt even close most of the doors because the paint was so thick, it wouldnt allow us to fully shut the doors. Its def alot different than the model you will be shown. Also the office workers were usually always rude if you needed anything at all.
