management was poor at best,old buildings that are somewhat doctored to appear decent but they are very troublesome and neglected. management dosnt want to deal with your problems and oberer wich owns this "gold key realty" group is heading towards slumlord status obviously.dont even waste your time here.

I am a current resident who disagrees with the above statement. When I got renter's insurance, it showed the apartments were built in the mid-90's. That is hardly old in my opinion. Slumlords generally don't pay for security to patrol their well-lit parking lots. Nor do they give 5-day grace periods to pay rent.

I too disagree with the statement. Maint. has always been quick with any issues we've had (not too many!) And the staff and very friendly and helpful. I really don't understand how you gave them a bad rating.
