This is an older apartment complex and the age is truly beginning to show.

1.) LIMITED HOT WATER. If you like taking a shower, plan on only about 5 minutes of hot water. This is not an exaggeration.

2.) Fixtures and materials are cheap and consistently falling apart. For instance:
a.) stove handle constantly falls off
b.) microwave doesn't heat properly
c.) running boards are chipped and damaged
d.) very little insulation
e.) problems with A/C.

3.) Numerous coats of paint can no longer conceal the stains of previous tenants. You can scrub the walls all day and they still appear dirty. Carpets are old and trodden so that it makes them very difficult to clean as well.

4.) Very poor isolation from noise. If people are outside talking, you can hear them. If a child is crying in another apartment, you can hear it. If someone is playing their music, it sounds like it may as well be coming from your own apartment.

5.) The staff is generally friendly, but they are constantly changing. This makes it difficult if you have any questions or concerns because they really do not know what they are doing.

6.) Current grounds crew is terrible. The first year of residence, there was a Mexican grounds crew that did a WONDERFUL job of upkeep and appearance. The second year of residence, there were a bunch of young teenagers who did a HORRIBLE job of taking care of the property. When they cut grass, they would shoot it directly on to your cars. I found small chips in the car's paint as a direct result.

Overall, this apartment complex is old, cheaply made, and not at all worth the money that is charged for monthly rent. Save your money and buy a home. You will thank yourself in the long run.
