I moved here when I started graduate studies at UD then stayed because I got a job in the area. My apartment was great-large with several closets and a balcony patio big enough for my table and chairs. The owner was friendly and always there working on the grounds (which were always attractive). The maintenance man lived on site and was easy to reach and quick to respond. When I bought my house, the process took longer than I expected, but I was allowed to rent month-to-month without any increase. All in all I would highly recommend Wilmington House!
