Obviously a lot has changed

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
The previous rating was written in 2003 although they had lived there from 1997 to 1998. Obviously a lot has changed since then. One of the nicest things about Woodman was that they do allow large dogs in the complex. My lab, Abby and I were very happy to hear that. There was so much to do without even leaving the property. They have a swimming pool, volley ball court, tennis courts, and basketball courts. The maintenance staff was always extremely professional and willing to help out even if it wasn't their job or if they were off the clock. The girls in the office always genuinely seemed to care and did their best to make sure my stay there was pleasant. The apartment that I was in really felt like home all of the time that I lived there. I was allowed to hang pictures and paint my walls (which is not something normally allowed in other apartments). It was also very convenient for me with the access to downtown. The services and treatment outweigh what you pay for rent. I have rented quite a bit and I was sad when I had to leave Woodman. I went from that apartment to purchasing a home and they actually had a program to help me do that and get some money back! I have never heard of any place else doing that. I would definitely recommend checking them out!
