In the short time I have lived here, I've been woken up weekly at about 3:00 a.m. with people setting off firecrackers (in October), people screaming outside, fights outside my window in the middle of the night, drug dealers living across from me... I have even had to call 9-1-1 when a 20 person mob broke into a fight in the middle of a week night outside my window.

It's cheap, but not worth it! Staff told me that a 'security officer' patrols every hour, but I have never seen them and it doesnt seem to do any good.

My parents bought me a security system and my b/f bought me a taser for my birthday.

The windows are so old and cheap the wind blows right through them.

I had to cover my counters with contact paper b/c they were stained and nasty... everything had a layer of grime on it. They had to clean my carpet twice and I still fill my vacuum up w/ crap each time I sweep b/c it is embedied in the carpet.

If they say they will 'fix' something before you move in, or even after, forget it. My door had been kicked in and my key barely works in the door b/c the alignment was all messed up (they just 'patched over it') and their solution was to cut away part of the door frame to make the door fit better.

If you are a non-smoker, and you live on the top floor, smoke from below will waft up through the floor boards (which also creak)

Also, you can hear EVERYTHING through the floors... I hear my neighbor snoring.

People tend to move in and out very frequently, I have been here since April and have had 3 people live next to me.

Also when they paint, they don't care what they get it on. Basically a dump!

As far as the office staff goes, they are really nice and helpful when you move in... but when you have a problem they ignore you, even when you go to the office. They say they will 'call you' but never do.

i lost custody of my 2 children because of the problems in these apartments. i went for a visit and liked the demo. it was what i could afford, and looked nice. i only lived there for a month. thats how bad it was. i would wake up at 3:00 every morning to noises. my 2 children were beaten up 2 times. thats why i lost custody of them. the only reason i stayed for longer than a week is because i had a contract. the office management did not fix any of the problems that occured in my apartment. i would never ever live ther even if i was payed to, thats how bad they are.
