My lease is up in March and I can not wait to move. At first, it seemed ok because this was my first apartment ever. They show you a WONDERFUL looking demo apartment, don't fall for it. The paint comes right off the walls, the cabinets are not alligned properly, the heaters don't heat the room up hardly at all, the wiring was done incorrectly in the living room- light switch doesn't turn the light on, there were holes that weren't fixed, ants in the bathroom, my fridge had to be repaired THREE times in less than 5 months, my garbage disposal had to be repaired, tons of spiders, the doors don't properly fit the door frames (paint falls off the walls every time I open and close one of the bedroom doors), life guard took my pool pass home with them and I never recieved it back, they upped the prices on the dryers, but they magically quit drying the clothes after they did that, my front screen door doesn't latch right, the latch fell right off actually, one of the apartments had bed bugs so they had to spray my apartment but they didn't put my plates back on my outlets,they took them with them and didn't even have the correct plates to put back on, they don't pay for water, only half of water, I can hear my upstairs neighbor moving and walking around all the time, walls are thin, poorly insulated windows= very cold apartment, very unsafe (complex was on the news because a man was stabbed in the eye and his car was lit on fire), drug dealers living through out complex, this is not worth what I pay. There is no covered parking, and the maintenance guys sit right in the middle of the parking lot in their golf carts and don't move for you to park, and I have almost crashed a few times because of the poor visibility when pulling out of the parking lots. They make it sound so nice and remodeled when you go to the leasing office but don't fall for it, these apartments are ------ and I feel so unsafe living here!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

I love how only the few unhappy people make comments on here. If you are really that stingy that you cannot pay a lowsy $9.80 a month for water, try bying a house and paying a hundred some a month. Apartments don't have bed bugs, nasty trash digging people have bed bugs and give them to their neighbors. I live here and know for a fact that a different company owns the laundry stuff and woodman park has nothing to do with it. get over yourself and move out. Good luck finding somewhere better for that price!

I lived at Woodman Park from May to September 2001. My bicycle was stolen from my patio - they never even tried to find it. I broke my lease after 3 months, but gave the required 30-day written notice. They told me that I would owe 1 month's rent if the apartment was not re-rented. I never received any notice from them that the $$ was due, so I assumed all was okay. Now, almost 7 years later, I find that they turned it over to a collections company in Michigan and it's on my credit report. Now I'm trying to get approved of a mortgage loan and have to clear this mess up somehow! Don't rent from Woodman Park! I agree with you - they show you a really nice apartment, and then put you in something lots smaller!

Dayton PD patrols hard. The security is shady stole $380 in glass ware. this place sucks i dont recommend coming here.

Been here several years. Gone downhill tremendously within past year since new mgt took over. Not sure if economy is to blame but their residents should come first! I think there is no potential residency background check anymore. Due to dire business needs. This place (Woodman Park Apts) is seriously turning into "Parkside Apts". I witnessed several thefts from couches to grills on patios broad daylight, parties showcasing firearms, to strong arm robbery! Called their NEW Ranger Force over and over, only to watch them drive around! IMO...SCARED!!! My daughter and I use to love this place but WPA's desperate needs is killing this once SECURE "one way in, one way out fortress". No grounds keeping whatsover anymore, trash every where now, grass mowing ...HA! Cannot afford to provide new blinds for windows, have to place our own blankets for privacy. Use to be a great place! Steer clear from here "till they get their program together"..
