Ever since I moved in, it has been one problem after another, the garbage disposal broke, and not just broke, the whole pipe fell down cascading water onto the floor. The bathroom ceiling is starting to mold and fall in, you can hear absolutely everything from the people around you. There was a guy upstairs who would stomp around at all hours and loudly play his acoustic guitar and sing emo songs in the morning and afternoon, and as I work nights this was very unpleasant. The thing that really takes the cake though, is that they can of course send people into your apartment to do routine maintenance and such, well, this morning, I was woke up by loud pounding, at 8:30 in the morning. I had my boyfriend see what the racket was, and the maintenance guys had just let themselves in and started ripping out our windows to replace them, there was no notice of any kind left for us. The cats were hiding behind stuff, and I had to retrieve them and lock them in the bathroom for an hour, they disregarded that the ferret was even sitting there and knocked a ton of debris in his cage. The staff at the office are also rude. Everyone involved in this place is not considerate in the least, although they try their hardest to talk you into signing a new lease!!! ( Renew now for $300 off next months rent! ) I'll pass thank you.
