Great space and community for the money!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I moved into Wyo. Hills in Nov. 2004, and left in Jan. 06 after my roommate moved in w/her boyfriend. I moved into the Oregon District b/c there's entertainment there. Wyoming Hills is w/in 5-15 minutes of virtually everything in the Dayton area. Easy access to 35, 75, and 675.
When I lived there, maintenance was usually completed the same DAY I made the request. Twice I had to call the emergency number, and my page was returned within less than 5 minutes. The property manager is Cheryl, and she does an awesome job. We had a problem with our gas being turned off b/c of an error w/Vectren (the gas company), and Cheryl actually figured out the mistake...without her doing a lot of legwork, we would've had NO HEAT or hot water for over a month--in January!
Complex is surrounded with trees, so it's easy to forget you're right in Dayton. Not the best area, but the complex is tucked away on a dead end (most people don't even know it's there), and there were no problems while I lived there. Pool is kept nice and clean, they salt and plow their walks and the lots. There's a nice courtyard in the middle, and there are STRICT regulations about pets. Some complexes that allow dogs have dog crap EVERYwhere, but I almost never saw it here. People will be fined or evicted if they don't pick up after their dogs.
There are income guidelines (you must make ABOVE a certain amount), and your vehicle must meet certain requirements as well. Everyone who lives here is employed...there's no trash. The community is pretty diverse, in terms of age, lifestyles, and even nationality.
The apts. have CENTRAL heat and a/c, walk-in closets, and their OWN water heaters. The only complaints I have are that the kitchens are kind of small, and there aren't washer/dryer hook-ups in the individual apts. The buildings each have their own laundry in the basement.
This is a really nice place to live, especially if you're on a budget, or saving to buy a house or something. I'd live here again, and would recommend Wyoming Hills to anyone. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
