These apartments are excellent. The complex is in a relatively safe and very quiet neighborhood on the edge of Dayton, on the eastern dead-end of Wyoming Street, at the top of a hill, next to an elementary school and a park. The manager Cheryl lives on site and is very friendly and responsive to any resident requests or concerns. Maintenance is great and the quality of both the interior and exterior is excellent. Pets are welcome but there are rules to keep the place clean and quiet. Also, this apartment complex is military friendly and a great choice for anyone stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (very short commute, no more than 10-15 minutes in the morning to Area B).
