I am currently living in Wyoming Hills and can't wait for my lease to end so I can move from this Hell.
Let me be honest.
The place looks nice, the price is good and the maintenance is accepted.
What I dont like is the manager and the very complicated rules.
You have to have a good looking car or it would be towed on your expenses.
Your visitors have to have good looking cars as well and they should park their cars by the fence only.
You are not allowed to host people more than 3 days without asking permission from the lease office.
I had to park my car outside the community and I was even told that I should not park it outside or I might be asked to leave!!!
Cheryl, the manger is a very meen woman that always talks bad about others.
A new resident told me once that Cheryl was talking bad about my car when he came to sign the lease.
She cannot stop talking bad about others.
She even talks bad about her own boss in Cincinnati.
one time I was in the lease office and saw a woman came to Cheryl to pay the rent and she was asked why she did not inform the office about her new beautiful dog.
The woman claimed that dog doesn't belong to her but to her visitor.
I was telling myself that even if the manager is bad I don,t have to worry because I don,t need to see her.
But the truth is that I always see her and she makes my day very bad every time.
If you want to live peace of mind, just look somewhere els.
And by the way, many residents are currently moving out and Cheryl is too worried about that.

i am a resident here at wyoming hills and i plan to live here forever. the car policies and other policies that they have here are what makes it such a great plance to live. sounds like this guy just cant follow the policies and creates problems for himself and chery too. she's trying to do her job and i'm sure its not an easy one. i think she's great

The writer of this review is wrong - just plain wrong. I like the policies that the management have put into place - and enforce. Cheryl, the manager is absolutely the best manager on earth. Period. The writer must have been one of the "noise makers" that Cheryl handles so beautifully. I strongly suggest that the writer move into a complex that allows cars up on blocks, low (or no) maintenance, and wild parties until 4 a.m. - then they will appreciate the beauty and tranquility of Wyoming Hills. And to Cheryl, WE LOVE YOU!! Don't change a thing!! (Resident for 5 years)

The policy on vehicles is far too strict and the passive aggressive letters Cheryl leaves on cars are offensive at best. I've seen notes on cars that I've had trouble finding what the problem was...usually something like a missing hubcap on an otherwise perfectly fine car.
And the parking lot is probably responsible for a good number of those missing hubcaps. The slow-to-plow attitude leaves the parking lot a treacherous icy incline in most places, and too narrow and icy to turn around in others, and the speedbump at the bottom that has been broken in half for more than a year is sure to damage a car or two. So, a car with a missing hubcap is not nice enough to park in an unmaintained parking lot in that neighborhood?
And the ridiculous idea of asking everyone with a 2-wheeled vehicle to park in ONE parking space is over the top. 5 people should not have to share one parking space just because their vehicle is smaller. I can see 2 people sharing a space, but FIVE?
Living somewhere where not only are guests not welcome, but RESIDENTS aren't welcome either is not my idea of a nice place to live. Seeing a litter of neon colored passive aggressive notes all over the parking lot does not make it a better place.
I've lived in a lot of places in the same general price range that were nicer kept, had more privacy, were better maintained and felt safer than this one. Too bad about the cognitive dissonance of the people replying to this review.

I agree 100% with what this person had to say!!! And I believe the two comments about Cheryl especially the one about being the "best manager on earth" was more than likely HER writing them!!! This lady acts all nice to you in person but she is vindictive! She definately talks about other residents when she shouldn't be and she does not handle things professionally! She lies on other people to cover her behind. She says that she is here to help and make sure that you as a resident are happy but doesn't mean any of it!!! If you have never had something go wrong in your apartment or tried to get something resolved with her then you wouldn't understand truly how she is but obviously I see that I am not the only person who has had problems with this TWO-FACED manager!
