Wyoming Hills

 

I am currently going thru a divorce and moved in Wyoming Hills back in December 08 and left the house to my spouse.

I chose this place cause its close to my daughters school and based on the square footage compared to its price.

Since being here, I have had a new dishwasher, tub, carpet and AC unit installed.

The maintenance crew and Cheryl have been really helpful and quick with responding to my deficiencies in the apartment.

Sometimes quicker than I expect.

Although I am on the lower level because of my hyper active daughter (and she had a trampoline in her room), I still manage to grow my own garden, by means of many pots and bungee cords, in my large patio area (bigger space compared to those on 2nd 7 3rd floors).

I have a dirt strip which enables me to plant flowers that require minimum sun.

Although I dont have a couch or a big center table, it enables me to have other things in there like my upright freezer and crafting table & hutch.

I seldomly have guest and I can totally understand why the visitors need to part else where as i have been blocked in by someone who did not reside there.

It is very quiet and Cheryl calls each time after I have a problem with the apartment to make sure things were taken care of, and now and days, not even big time companies have customer service like that.

Besides, I find no harm in the manager asking a resident about a new dog.

The UNHAPPY resident signed the lease himself where it clearly states the condition of your car and even about guests.

If he didnt like it, why did he sign in'
