The complex is older, but the maint it good. They've recently put a buch of money into renovating the complex. Service has always been prompt and friendly. Office folks are great to work with. The insulation was a little thin so my end unit tended to be a little more expensive to heat and cool than a center unit, but based on friends bills from other apartments not significantly more expensive. I'd live here again before I'd go to one of the other places that will charge double the rent for very little improvement.
