We had issues with managment before they changed, and now it is even worse. Maitenence never seems to get to us. The property is always littered with garbage. Don't even think about going anywhere for a few DAYS after a snowfall, because when they plow one tiny lane through the lot it just piles up in front of your parking spot, weither you've already dug your car out or not. And they will tell you they can't do anything about the sidewalks, because their maitenance men can't keep up. The pool is always closed for some reason or another. We called to complain about a hole in the bathroom floor and instead of fixing it, they just caulked the moulding back into place. There is a 2" gap under/around our door that makes the DP&L bill insane, because of all the heat/cold coming in and out. It's so bad that in the winer we have frost all around it! Rent checks get lost or applied to other apartments (we had this problem a few times) We complain and even e-mailed the coperate office, but nothing was ever done about any of it. Our tub has been clogged for 6 months now, and still noone has come to fix it, even after numerous calls. I can't wait until the lease is up, I'm GONE!!!
