This place is so '70s, it's not even funny. My parents lived in this complex over thirty years ago, so I thought it'd be fun to move there myself as an adult. I should've known things would be bad when my folks remarked that the paneling and the bathroom sink looked just like their old '70s unit! During the time I lived there, I had my car broken into, my bedroom flooded from a bad snowstorm, and my A/C unit leak and freeze. The one-bedroom, one-bath "villas" or "garden flats" or whatever fancy name they give them are SOOOOO tiny. Everything about this entire complex is old, cheap, and worn out. The only thing that place had going for it was that it was close to both downtown Dayton and Beavercreek, so you were always five minutes from somewhere. Riverside itself, though, (where the complex is actually located) is very, very gross. I honestly have no idea why I lived there as long as I did other than utter stupidity. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
