I am in a townhouse and it doesn't seem to have AS many problems as the apartments but it's still nothing great.

In order to keep the temp comfortable downstairs it's sweltering upstairs and if the bedrooms are comfortable then downstairs is freezing.

The laundry facilities are the most terrible I have seen in a VERY long time. They are so bad that I drive to a laundromat in Fairborn instead of walking across the street to wash clothes there.

Inconvenient location. Hard as heck to tell people how to get here. Riverside in general is just trashy.

Office staff is very unorganized. [But I must also add in that they are the friendliest apartment staff I have ever dealt with.]

Gas stove. This may not bother a lot of people but it's really a turn off to me and I didn't know that until I moved in and started using them.

PROS:
Parking is good
Decently priced in comparison with other places around here [but remember..you get what you pay for]
Pretty quiet
