My name is Jaime Johns.
I have recently stepped up as Property Manager at Hayes Colony Apartments.
I have read the reviews and I am in agreement with most things that were stated.
With that said, I am here to tell you that I am in the process of making the changes around here that have been looked over for so long.

Alot of updates are needed to the facility. My electric and gas are so high. Trying to heating an apartment, townhome or condo at Hayes Colony is like trying to heat a barn. Updates to windows, doors and heating and cooling systems are definetly needed and long over due. It's ashame when you spend $850.00 a month on rent and have to hang up blankets in the windows to keep the cold air out.

I am a resident of Hayes Colony and I want you to know that the new Manager, Jamie Johns, is doing 180% better than the former Manager. She's got her hands full due to the age of the complex, but she's determined, responsive, and gets Maintenance to attend to everyone's needs in a prioritized manner. This complex has over 400 units and it's a hand full, but I think any new resident will see that the recent changes make Hayes Colony a good investment. Pat Young

Jaime is no longer with the company. She didn't improve this palce at all and the new management is even worse. Nothing gets resolved or accomplished. Looking to leave soon.
