It's like trying to heat a barn

Hayes Colony is a quiet place to live, nice neighborhood but the rentals need alot of updates. With the rentals being built in the 70's and 80's, the doors and windows are in dire need of replacement. It's a shame to spend so much for rent and have to hang blankets in the windows and on the patio door to keep the cold air out and still have to eat with kerosene heater. It's very, very cold. I hope updates are made soon, it's hard to afford the heating bill in the winter.
