Hayes Colony is probably not the best place to live but im sure its not the worse either. Here lately some young college age kids rent and its party central. Cops are called here ALOT! The parking is definately a problem which could be corrected with putting the addresses in the parking spots like every other apartment complex does, the parking stickers does nothing. For the staff that work at Hayes Colony they are very nice.
