The place would be better if the parent company would allow the management to fix things properly instead of "putting a bandaid" on things. The manager's office smells really bad, I mean real bad from cat spray. It's a real turn off for prospective tenants. I have had two people I know tell me they would not rent here because of the smell in the office. Other than those two items and the loud music in warm weather, it's an okay place to live. Please...if you are management and read this review, please get the office smell taken care of. I hate to even bring in my rent.
