I recently moved into Silver Maple Apts. I was kind of scared at first, b/c I heard the South side of Delaware is ghetto and dangerous. I was surprised to find out how cheap Silver Maple is. After I moved in, I realized that its not too bad. (at least as of yet). The only thing I do not like, is that the walls are SUPER thin. You can hear everything. The apartments are very LARGE. You definately get your moneys worth here. The office staff is great! Jaime, the property manager, is so friendly. Melanie, the leasing agent, is always so perky. I would definately reccommend Silver Maple Apts. Thanks for reading my review. Good luck with your apartment search.

Again the only thing that this complex has going for it is the office staff, and nothing much after that.
