Silver Maple is no where as bad as people have made it out to be. From what I hear the property was taken over by another management company and things have really turned around.I have lived here for about 6 months and love it. You cant bet the rent prices and the customer service. The maintenance man is great and the property manager is great. If you have problems or need anything she is there to help you and keeps her word. I have lived at 3 other apartment complexes and have never been treated as nice and respected as I have since I have been here. They really make you feel that you are at home and they are greatful to have you here!!! I would recommend anyone here.

This review is half accurate... They leave out that prices are low because it is an undesired area, because of all the issues. The only thing they tell you that is somewhat correct is the office staff is generally good, but they leave out that it changes allot every time new management comes in, which is almost 1 time a year, and office staff has changed almost 6 times since I have been here.
