Things are changing for the better thanks to a new mangement company that knows what they are doing. Service requests are fixed very quickly now. It seemed like the previous management company could give a rat's ass what happened around here. I was going to move as soon as my lease was up this fall, but I have decided to stay. They seem to be pretty strick about kids running around here like wild aminals and tearing things up. They are also making a new wooded park between the rear of the complex and the river. I'm quite happy with everything.
