Love the new management. They are the BEST EVER! The new office manager ------ is great she really cares about this place and the residents. I had a package come UPS when I wasn't home, UPS left it in the office for me. ------ saw me come home and told me that my package was in the office and she took me over there to get my package AFTER HOURS! Now that is one caring manager! The woods are looking great! So nice to be able to enjoy the river now! The kids are not running rampant like they were. The place is really turning out great! I was planning on breaking my lease and getting the heck outta here but now I am going to stay and even sign a new lease when the time comes! We went from GHETTO to FANTASTIC in a matter of a month or two now! COME JOIN US HERE IN THE BEST APARTMENT IN DELAWARE I KNOW I HAVE LIVED IN SEVERAL!

I agree 1000%! This place is starting to look good. I can't wait to see what else they bring on site. They seem to be pretty strick about the kids running around like hethans and the partying that was going on has gotten way better. Nice to know that someone cares about this place. The maintence is way better too. Instead of being told to fix it myself with in a couple of days the maintence man is out. ------ in the office has been great too! The office looks like an office and has furniture to show everyone. Isn't that they way it should be anyways instead of an empty apartment? I know I am staying around for a while longer now too.
