Not sure what the delawarian person is talking about but its not bad here. One of the nicer apartments in town for the price. The pool was actualy open this summer and clean. Its also nice that we can have packages left in the office instead of outside our doors. We can see where they are trying to make this place nice. We like the swings in the woods by the river that was a neat idea. Its so pretty down there. We have been through lots of managers here since we moved in ------ in the office is always helpful and friendly and the Maintance guy ---- is great as well, he fixes things right the first time.
