Trotter's was great... wished I never moved away...

Trotter's was a great place to live. It was awesome actually. Other than the walls being a little thin, I really had no complaints. The maintenance man, (Earl) was the the best since anywhere I have lived. And the office staff... Shirley is the nicest person ever! I actually moved out and STILL keep in contact with her! Yeah, she tries to get me to come back to Trotters, but I think I am at a stage of my life where I am going to purchase a home.
The workout room could use some work, but ample for what I needed. I also liked the fact that my balcony was enclosed. Made it nice when it was raining and I wanted to sit outside and listen to it while drinking a cup of coffee... The garages weren't bad either. The price was well within my budget and I was even able to fit my 4X4 truck in the center one. It was tight, but got it in there!
The parking seemed adequate and the noise was a little higher than expected, but that's apartment living... The grounds were well maintained, however, they have a sprinkler system that uses well water. Unfortunately, the well water has a harmless natural chemical in it that makes it stink sometimes... (sulfer smell). The safety of the grounds seemed ok and I did not hear of any serious criminal offenses occurring within the past few years. I am a cop in Delaware, so I would have heard. The construction of the facility is good, with like I said, the walls being a little thin.
Overall, I would give this facility 4 stars out of 5. Great job Shirley, Earl and staff!!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
