I have lived at Troy Farms for 1 year and I love the atmosphere. It's peaceful and my apartment has alot of things I could not find anywhere else in Delaware or close by for that matter. The office staff seem very genuine and care about residents, they are also very friendly. I think this is the best place I could have found and in my opinion you get what you pay for. I mean that in a good way.
