Poor quality build and impossible to anyone from rental office to address issues. I can here my neighbors alarm clock in the morning - not fun at 5am on Sunday when they are on vacation and it does not turn off. I came in expecting a patio and basement and my unit does not have either - approx. 900sq. ft. and not enough for one person in a two bedroon apartment. Also, property management does not remove snow at all even for elderly or handicapped - they do provide salt and shovels and expect renters to do the work- for $800 a month I would expect this service to be included. Not enough parking for all apartments to have two vehicles.

true, snow removal is terrible, I will get mine shoveled and parking spot before the snow co. arrives. Example, March snow storm
