We moved into Troy Farms in Febuary 2006, Towards the end of our lease, we were in the process of buying a home and had given our notice to move out, 3 days prior to closing, my wife lost her job and were unable to buy our home.

We went back and talked to Regina and explain our situation and asked to stay. Regina showed us the new townhomes that had just been built and moved in Febuary 2007 and have just signed to stay until May 2009.
