This is one of the worst places I have lived. The neighbors, if your lucky, will be quiet and not have kids. And due to fair housing laws, the rental office can't tell you. Trust me... don't sign until you know... scope the area in the afternoon vs. the morning or late at night and you will see the difference.

There is more riff-raff moving in e.g.: ghetto thugs from Columbus, blarring their loud rap and bass. Drugs, theft, parties and police. I have had to call the police twice and got a front row view of a thug living here challenging to a fight. DON'T MOVE HERE! The day I moved in a young punk challenged me and wanted to fight. This place is crazy.

Good luck getting a garage and a parking place, too. When I asked the office before moving in if there was ample parking, they told me, "Well, we haven't received any complaints yet". Trust me... scope it out if you are considering. For the price and the trouble this place is a night-mare. Oh yeah, good luck if something breaks or you need maintenance. You are better off calling the corporate office to get service.

You must live in the old section. Ive seen the people that live over there. Not what you would call quality people. Not everyone over there is bad, but thats were most of the trouble is. Screening people should be done better and keep the ghetto ness out of here. I woundr how the can afford to rent here.

LOL @ ghetto thugs obviously being "from Columbus." Delaware's not too classy either. "The day I moved in a young punk challenged me and wanted to fight. This place is crazy." I call shenanigans. Even Columbus thugs don't do that the first day someone moves in. They wait at least three days.
