i have lived here awhile and let me tell you. At first it was ok, but lately the past year they have totally been dropping the ball. First of all, they wont fix a thing the maintenance is a JOKE. Ok they change the furnace filter twice a year but they put in a 30 day filter and when you go over to ask for more it takes weeks to get someone to come over to take care of it. My central air is out,it has been and so has my neighbors anyways i have asthma,I went over to ask to get it fixed and they said they wont fix it until its 90 degrees out. 90 degrees' If i wanted to live in a sweatbox i'd go downtown. I even told them i had a medical condition and they said "no thats the policy" ahem escrow... And our door is broke it has a big gap in it, when i told them to fix it they bought and put on a 3 dollar rubber strip which did absolutely nothing and fell off the next week. When i went in again they told me there was nothing they could do. Wintertime: They will not salt or plow and they will lie and tell you they do when you sign the lease THEY DO NOT! I wrecked my car and it cost me 450 to fix it and i was only going 4 mph around the circle it was due to their laziness of not hiring someone to salt. There have also been a numerous amount of car break ins.
