Some of the problems I have at Deer Creek are: my door buzzer has not been working for 4 months now. I have asked them to look at it several times, the last comment was "we don't know what's wrong with it". Maybe they should find someone who does know whats wrong with it. People leave personal items out in the hallway. Somebody actually left their stroller down by the front door of the building for the summer months, with empty food and drink containers in it and even with some left over food. Some of the people in our building like to park their cars crooked and take up 2 spots, what an inconvience for the rest of us! The inspections that they do, what a joke. I was home during one of them and when they came in they were in there for a total of 1 minute, if that!! Do you actually think they could possibly check for leaks, mold, inspect smoke detectors, change filter in furnace during that 1 minute' Both of my sinks have leaks but they apprantly didn't notice that during that minute. The smoke detectors are constantly going off due to residents not knowing how to cook. What if there was a real fire' Would anyone believe it' I don't like the rent increase they have every year and especially the fact that if you rent month to month your rent jumps up to over $100 more than you pay a month if you sign up for a year. Residents leave laundry in the washers and dryers, garbage out in the hallway that really stinks and even out on their balconies. The hallways are dirty and smell. To anyone's surprise, I actually live in the same building as the manager!!
