DO NOT RENT They could not have made the apts any cheaper. You can hear everything from other apts tv to their alarm clock going off to their closet doors opening and shutting. People buzzing you just to get into the builing at any time of the day or night. I guess it would be ok if you dont mind

New Lima Homes This place is an absolute nightmare to live. The raise of rent against current leese policy and multiple other factors are causing me to look for a new location. Hopefully I find something soon so that I don't have to waste my hard earned money on this rediculious rental rate
