Tonight when we came home there were 3 small children playing in the parking area. When we asked them to move so we could pass they refused. When we asked where their parents were they said at home, but they would not tell us which unit they lived in. We eneded up telling them that we would go door to door to find out if they didn't move their bikes so we could park our car. Can't someone do something, like make rules that cam be enforced'
