In driving through here it is obvious that there are 2 sides here. One side is takenc are of and looks okay and the other side is trasy looking and not taken care of

Read a lot of reviews about the two different sides at Abington. Can someone throw more light on which side is better maintained and preferable? From what I have read so far, it looks like the side where the leasing office is located seems to be better taken care of. Some detailed reviews would definitely help readers. Thanks.
