You know I don't even live at Abington Village but I can tell you all from experience at other apartment complex's, there all about the same. Kids running around with no supervision is going to happen no matter where you live. Even if you live in a house there will always be kids unsupervised. The parking situation can not be as bad as where I live now where people have to almost park in the grass to be close to their apartment! I think you all need to get over the fact that kids will always be kids, and that just because a few people put there trash out early or whatnot, it's not the offices's responsibility to make sure everybody is nice and watches their children.
