Problems, but great value

I've had a lot of problems here that have ticked me off a good bit. Kristen at the office always seems very helpful, but she either doesn't do what she says she will, or has a crew of morons helping her.
Mainenance issues can take weeks for attention, despite having an "Emergency 24 hour line".
Parking is crazy, and trying to have someone towed from your spot that you pay extra to have each month (especially if you live on the west side of the complex) is very taxing as I've had cars parked in my spot and called the office several times to have the car removed when their isn't any alternate parking available, at least three times the car was never towed, and twice the towing came over 24 hours later. Is that what I pay an extra $30 a month for'
Having someone towed from your numbered spot is even more taxing.
And there is the fact that my apartment wasn't even close to ready (kitchen not cleaned, toilet leaking through ceiling, gum not removed from walls, scribblings on doors, lots of maintenance issues, broken fridge leaking orange fluid) on the day we were supposed to move in (all of that is documented) they did take care of all the MAJOR issues that day, and resolved the rest over a period of a month or so.
BUT- aside from all that, I honestly do enjoy living here. Walls are very thick, never hear my neighbors. Complex is relatively safe, my one neighbor has had his car broken into twice, but I've never had any issues, and he leaves CDs out on his seat, begging to be stolen...
But honestly, for the price and square footage you can't beat this place. The traffic on hard is irking but can be avoided by careful planning. Overall, it's not bad.
If value and good hard numbers are your thing, this place is well over 2 square feet per dollar.
